- When drinking water or fresh fruit juice, drop a few drops of lime or lemon juice or put a slice of lime or lemon to increase vitamin C level in your body

- Should not consume too much salt because it can overload the work of your kidneys, you may have wrinkles.
- Should eat less meat, but eat more fish and vegetables.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water, should not drink soft drink and coffee. If really needs them, limit yourself up to 2 cups per week.

- If you are tired of eating green vegetables, you may change them to a mixed vegetable juice, add a piece of pineapple or orange to make it more tastier

- Some favorite dishes of top models are spinach soup, potato soup and carrot.
- If you feel like eating bread, select wholewheat bread or brown bread. They have lots of nutrition, eat with peanut butter even better.
- You can also use white sugar to rub against your body skin when bathing, do this on a weekly basis. Your skin will look clean and smooth.
- During winter time you skin may be dry, use extra virgin olive oil about 1/2 cup, mix it with warm water and lay down in a bath tub for about 10 minutes.
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, genlty put it all over your hair, leave it for 3-4 minutes, then rince it. Do this twice a month you will have a good looking and healthy hair.
