Trimming upper legs (1)
| 1. Sit down comfortably with your legs straight, bend one of your legs to your body, press the toe to the body |

| 2. Sit with bended legs and spread one hand so that your weight is put to the floor via the feet. |

| 5. Sit on the floor pressing your ankles several times. |
