Trimming upper legs (1)

1.  Sit down comfortably with your legs straight, bend one of your legs to your body, press the toe to the body
2.  Sit with bended legs and spread one hand so that your weight is put to the floor via the feet.
3.  Lay down to the side, pull your food to your back.

Trimming upper legs (2)

1.  Lay down to the floor, use your elbows and knees to support your body.
2.  Raise one leg up straight, and swap to the other leg, repeat 10-15 times.
3.  Lay down on your side and do the same as shown 10-15 times.


Upper leg exercise (3)

1.  Sit down on the floor with one leg straight and bend the other leg, lean forward, you will feet tense in the upper leg area.
2.  One knee on the floor and the other leg forms 90 degree with the floor.  Pull your foot to the body.
3.  Lay down with one leg raised up straight and use both hands to support the leg.  Repeat with the other leg.
4.  Sit down with legs straight, press both hands against the floor, allow the hands to support body weight.
5.  Sit on the floor pressing your ankles several times.


Upper legs exercise (4)

1.  Stand up and raise on leg, repeat with the other leg, do it 10-15 times


2.  Stand up and jump, repeat 10-15 times.
