Ingredients

Fresh mackerek fish, 200g each 3 fish
Chopped chillies 2 table spoons
Chopped onions 3 table spoons
Chopped garlic 3 table spoons
Lime juice 4 table spoons
Soy sauce 2 table spoons
Sugar 1 tea spoon
Thin slices of lime and vegetable for decoration  
   

How to cook
● Wash the fish take out all internal organs and put a side.
● Make the sauce by mixing chillies, onions, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce and sugar.
● Put the fish in a steamer for about 8 minutes or until cooked, open the lid and pour the sauce, continue steaming for extra 2 minutes, put the slices of lime and vegetable for decoration. Serve when it is hot.
