| Steamed mackerel fish with lemon |

Ingredients
| Fresh mackerek fish, 200g each |
3 fish |
| Chopped chillies |
2 table spoons |
| Chopped onions |
3 table spoons |
| Chopped garlic |
3 table spoons |
| Lime juice |
4 table spoons |
| Soy sauce |
2 table spoons |
| Sugar |
1 tea spoon |
| Thin slices of lime and vegetable for decoration |

How to cook
● Wash the fish take out all internal organs and put a side.
● Make the sauce by mixing chillies, onions, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce and sugar.
● Put the fish in a steamer for about 8 minutes or until cooked, open the lid and pour the sauce, continue steaming for extra 2 minutes, put the slices of lime and vegetable for decoration. Serve when it is hot.
